Staying on, after war is declared, Webster heads a base hospital at the front, participates in some grim battle action and the tragedy of the surrender. Marrying Pen, Webster returns to America with her for a time while she enlists helps for her country, and then they return- to a Greece torn by Germans, guerillas and Communist forces within the guerillas, and to danger as they accept an undercover mission... Some fairly steady action here, an insistence on the glory that is Greece, keeps this going- but with no great distinction.
