THE UGLY DUCKLING

Rojankovsky illustrations for the well-loved story of the duckling who turned out to be a swan. No retelling here- the text is the standard Andersen translation. And the illustrations are imaginative, gay, with obvious but authentic detail and interesting composition. Definitely a cut above general merchandise level. Good value.
