MR. FLIP FLOP

A particularly rattle-pated clown, named Mr. Flip Flop, retires from the circus and buys a farm with his 63 years earnings. He makes a fascinating vast gym for the village young, sells half the farm in exchange for food until he is 104, and the rest in exchange for necessities from the village department store. But he has neglected to provide for taxes and bears- and both seem to provide for themselves.
