by Henry Calvin ‧ RELEASE DATE: April 23, 1969
On the fictional island of Tatra restless young natives and hidebound traditionalists begin shooting across the generation gap just as engineers John Carlyle and Dai Owen arrive to build a road. The youngsters go for the simplicisms of their flower power guru, Boka; the oldsters are in Mayor Daley's camp. Both of the engineers go for broke in happy hand-to-hand combat against the oppressive regime. Nobody's motivations are made clear and this is badly engineered symbolic political/social commentary masquerading as mystery/suspense.
