AMERICAN LABOR

If books on labor can ever sell, this book should sell. It is an objective historical presentation of Labor's growth in America. An honest attempt to show both sides. There is a brief analysis of the various organizations and a keen interpretation of the historical struggle between the A F of L and the C I O, with the sympathy veering towards the C I O. A valuable addition to Labor's bookshelf.
