by Hugh Walters ‧ RELEASE DATE: May 1, 1967
Here again are those four astronaut heroes met before on Mission to Mercury, Visit to Venus etc. But those were mere hops compared to the light years traveled in a Spaceship to Saturn. Once again Mr. Walters combines recognized scientific possibilities, in this case suspended animation with the remote albeit romantic notion of mental telepathy to get his characters thence and back again. One of the Patrick twins is on board, deep sleeping while her earthbound sister is under the same controlled situation. When one wakes, the other will also and Voila!... instant communication. Which Morrey, Chris, Tony and Serge need with the major and minor foul-ups encountered en route. It's a pleasant series for this age level as entertainment and as a challenge to an expanded view...with a close look at the rings of Saturn which is worth the trip in itself.
