If you've spent the last seven years making bad excuses and good intentions to start Stillman's Quick Weight Loss Diet, you can, in just two weeks, shed your guilt along with 10-25 pounds as you diet and exercise on his new Protein-PLUS Low Carbohydrate Plan. A firm believer in quick results and high protein, both of which have made him controversial, Stillman hasn't modified his notions an ounce although he's liberalized his regimen. Added now are vegetables (virtually everything except the really high caloried such as corn, lima beans, etc.), cottage cheese, yogurt (up to a cup a day as a substitute for either skimmed or buttermilk), salad (in place of the vegetable), bread (Stillman's own concoction made with eggs and cottage cheese). Seemingly gallons of fluids are still required, but instead of the recommended eight glasses of water per day, ten of any beverage (including the option of an alcoholic one) will float you through.
