by Ivan Sanderson ‧ RELEASE DATE: N/A
Thirty years of research by this naturalist-writer has convinced him that at least four species of pre-human creatures still walk the Earth. Hairy, long-fanged, often smelling abominably, these creatures are of the type encountered in the Himalayas, and are our most recent ancestors. His considerations of the ABSM's take him extensively through British Columbia (Sasquatche primitive people), down into California, on down into Mexico, into deepest Africa (red men), over into Sumatra, and beyond to the ""Men Bears"" of China and Tibet. His thesis of the existence of these creatures is backed up by hundreds of statements, documents, and reports. Not always convincing, but highly provocative. Written in a very entertaining style too.
