The title sums it all up. It's the speech everyone has to memorize with a new look here as the words are set against a background of photographs and etchings of the time, the place, the people, reminiscent paintings of the country's earlier struggles, documents, and so on. The foreword provides a quick rundown on the battle of Gettysburg, and the book concludes with a photograph of a handwritten draft of Lincoln's speech. It's a neat bit of patriotism for gift giving.
