MR. MEEBLES

If Mr. Meebles is only make-believe, ""and an idea doesn't exist unless somebody has it,"" what will become of him when Donald, increasingly distracted during their adventures, forgets him forever? One of the root philosophical questions is here very much a child's problem, and you'll like the solution: Mr. Meebles, his name, i.e. identity, hanging from his shirt button, ""was still only an idea. But the idea was his own now. Donald told him he could keep it."" Clear, fresh colors, small-fry cartoons, a most engaging little twist of the imagination.
