This benign nonsense takes place in the heartland of the Stevenson (D.E.) country, where amid trips to the teashop and the museum, there are fatalities. Naked bodies litter the landscape along with the statuary of a local celebrity; there's a romance; and there's an unexpected if unmotivated finale. It's not verra guid, but it functions, sort of as a pacifier for the grown girls.
