NORTH CAPE

This is a high velocity, well-detailed latter day thriller about a super secret reconnaissance plane and its turned-on pilot (tailored by drugs to hyperactive control of the craft). Their mission is to retrieve photographic studies of the fighting going on at the Sino-Soviet border. But the Russians catch up and it becomes a question of making the rendezvous with a ship besieged by a fierce Arctic storm off the North Cape of Norway. Action-wracked for the men.
