THE PSYCHIC SENSE

Published nine years ago in England, this is the result of a collaboration between Dr. Bendit, a practising psychiatrist, and Miss Payne, a clairvoyant- also man and wife. And although Miss Payne is reported to have ""seen"" some pretty remarkable things, there is no evidence of her personal powers in this which is primarily a theoretical presentation of the psychic world and temperament. The psychic faculties and how they affect life; the relation of the psychic and the psychological; the discovery of one's own psychic powers; the nature of the bridge between the physical body and the psychic mechanism; the configuration of the aura; some psychic problems; and the role of fantasy, imagination, insight.... Those interested in this special subject will find a serious, non-extremist presentation here.
