The Appalachian ballad that originated in Scotland is retold here by a concert singer, and to the accompaniment of some marvelous colored pictures by Feodor Rojankovsky. The story is probably familiar.- Frog goes courting Mistress Mouse and the main part of the tale is the description of their wedding, to which all sorts of creatures come. But gay as the song is, the sparklingly detailed spreads make it quite unforgettable.
