HOW I CURED MY ULCER

A layman's presentation to the public at large of the diet which cured his peptic ulcer after twenty-five years of assorted therapies, both medical and surgical, had failed to relieve his pain- or his condition. From the initial account of the various diagnoses and treatments of doctors- in disagreement, to a plain physiological description of the various types of ulcers, he goes on to his meeting with a Dr. Spira and the prescription of a low fat diet (and no milk) which has been thoroughly successful in his case and of course in others as well.... For fellow sufferers of what is a fairly common complaint, particularly in this country, this has a definite destination.
