INDEX TO SYBIL

Sybil is a latter-day Lorelei Lee, whose personal history is tattooed all over her body, and for an index to the same- you may refer to the bottom of her right foot. She meets an aspiring author, Norman, in search of a subject, who finds good copy in Sybil and her progress from the Georgia swamps, as a snake farmer's wife, to a politico's darling. But the jealousy this provokes mars the serenity of their romance until marriage, and inheritance, and some deletions assure their future. A gimmick, whose intent is broad farce which falls short of its goal. For obvious tastes, and obviously not public libraries.
