THE KILLER THING

A trained killer sent to catch a manmade one...the robot nobody can turn off. Trace is trapped on a barren planet with the thing and we follow him through six days of physical pain and tormented introspection. Seems he's beginning to have doubts about man's smash and slaughter tactics in taking over the galaxy. And he's met this lovely alien girl from the ""Outsiders"" against whom mankind will launch a war. He finally gets the robot trapped but....Mildly interesting with an obvious moral. Fair SF Fare.
