SKINNY JOINS THE CIRCUS

Circus-wise and nutrition-wise there is continuous stream of interesting happenings after Chet flies back from a post-earth-quake famine in South America to join his uncle, the circus press agent. From the boy rider Sonny, he learns about tricks and animals. But it is Coco the cook who badgers him into eating the right food to fill out his skinny frame. Chet learns about carbohydrates and proteins, carnivores and omnivores in time to prevent the tigers' escape by throwing some meat into their cage.
