by Lelord Kordel ‧ RELEASE DATE: June 5, 1969
Lelord Kordel is easily confused with Gayelord Hauser over and above the second syllables of their first names--they've both been writing the same book(s) for years (Hauser--Look Younger, Live Longer). Once again the familiar recommendations--pro on high protein, Vitamin B, minerals, enzymes, isometric exercises, anti on sugar and starch, alcohol, cigarettes. Mr. Kordel who doesn't hesitate to hang out a shingle again contends that cancer is the deficiency disease he claimed it was twenty years ago and adds a few more supportive research projects, also advising that vitamins C and A will protect you against lung cancer. If you've stopped smoking. Mostly it's just Diet Riteing you've read before.
