THE MAN WHO STOLE THE ATLANTIC OCEAN

The title reflects the confusion of the whole; actually the Atlantic Ocean was stolen by 23 men, members of the Fat Man's Club of Trenton, New Jersey. Only ""our hero"" Harry Frogfoot III knows the truth and organizes his friends into a teacup brigade in order to return the missing property from its hiding place in a Trenton basement. ""Almost illustrated"" is how the author describes his doodles (fortunately labeled to give the reader some inkling of what they are supposed to represent). Further distractions are offered by way of corny footnotes and asides from the author which demonstrate that he's not taking all this seriously either. The flippancy and intentional crudity will appeal to just who fellow doodlers
