Daisy's dream of a tombstone in a cemetery- inscribing her name and dating her decease some four years past, brings with it an overwhelming, unaccountable terror and the later identification of the grave, with another name, assures her that it is more than just her ""psychic murder"". In her attempt to reconstruct the day of her presumed death, she enlists the help of the at first diffident Steve Pinata, but as the investigation proceeds it exposes all kinds of defections- her father's- her mother's- her husband's... Sombre, spectral effects keynote an expert and very tricky display of one of the fine talents in the suspense genre.
