SOMETHING BETWEEN

Small town troubles for the story of the three Rossiter girls, their respective romances, and their longstanding feud with next door neighbor, Mrs. Moon. Mrs. Moon had always wanted to get control of the Rossiter home place, was trying to spike the love affair of her son with the second Rossiter girl, and was trying to discredit Steve, newcomer, interested in Lily Rossiter, a widow. Austin, Lily's young son, intervenes in the affairs of his elders, resents Steve's interest in his mother and gets rid of him, and when Mrs. Moon is murdered, assists the police in finding the culprit. Retracting, at the close, Austin brings Stove and Lily together again. All in all, very busy -- if inconsequential.
