CABIN ON KETTLE CREEK

I like these May Justus stories of mountain folk, but there seems to be a sense of summonses to them. This one has again a note of authenticity, but the characters run true to form, the situation seem to have arisen before. There is more about schools and about community gatherings in this than in others I have read, a point to make in differentiating one from another.
