by Michael Bond ‧ RELEASE DATE: Aug. 8, 1962
It is difficult to pin down the odd off-beat appeal in the adventures of the bear named Paddington. This is the third in the series and his escapades and misadventures are just as hilarious and absurd, and his qualities just as annoying and endearing as ever. If you like Paddington, this is your book. Some people are like Mr. Brown and reluctant to find anything acceptable about him. Peggy Fortnum has again contributed her amusing line drawings. Readers will start at 5 and go up to 10.
