THE BY-PASS CONTROL

Now we are finally clued in on the whole underground apparatus of mythic Tiger Mann, the ultra-rightist Commie- killer. This time the chase concentrates on a missing scientist who has developed an electronic device for neutralizing the President's big red Bomb Button. Tiger is sponsored by a paternal John Birch type master-millionaire (like Bond's fatherly M) who approves of Tiger's mystique. This is one of Mickey Spillblood's most sophisticated compositions.
