GOLD OF GLANAREE

A winsome book, rich with local color, customs, charming games, and native crafts. A lovable tric of irish children go to Dublin on a holiday. One of the boys gets a book as a gift from an old scholar. They start on a quest which leads to the discovery of the buried jewels of Glamerce, a treasure in their own little hat. The characters are especially well drawn. Girls, and younger boys will enjoy this kindly, unpretentious mystery.
