She spends much time with Cynthia Plaster Caster, who makes plaster casts of the rock stars' erections. Meanwhile she is also bedding Jim Morrison, Waylon Jennings, Don Johnson, Jimmy Page, Brandon De Wilde and many others. She was with Mick the night the Hell's Angels murdered a man at the Altamont festival, and actually turned down a night with Elvis a few years before his death. She finally married druggie musician Michael Des Barres, who joined A.A., reformed, and now does good works in drug rehabiliation. Gaining in likability as it goes along, this is a classic account of rampant narcissism among guitar egomaniacs.
