THE CURIOUS KITTENS

A catchy play on two old sayings provides a good theme for a Siamese cat story with a line-a-page text and some fine photographs by the author. Kooblah and Annah are the two kittens, whose curiosity about everything is dampened when they hear that ""Curiosity killed the cat."" Apprehensive, they take to resting instead. Then they hear that cats have nine lives, a preposterous statement, and go back to investigating.
