A collection which offers a very attractive Hx for entertainment, from Keith Roberts' scarecrow to A. E. Van Vogt's ""The Witch"" to Fritz Leiber's ""Warlock"" (a carrier of insanity) to John Brunner's personalized conflict between good and evil via two women. Richard Matheson features a man possessed, and Theodore Sturgeon writes about a cloven hoofed ""One Foot and the Grave"" before these stories sheer off into science fiction with Robert Bloch and Ray Bradbury (not Iris best). But all in all, a holding action for all familiars.
