The misuse of law by scoundrels brings about the downfall of the Bar 88 ranch in Apache country, and one of its owners becomes a hill bandit, while the other, sticking with the law, becomes marshal of a neighboring cowtown, is eventually elected sheriff and with decent citizens ends misrule.
