A shift of accent in brain teaser questions, these ""posers"" -- which are neither riddles, problems nor puzzles, offer a challenge to logical, agile reasoning. There are 80, in sets of 10, arranged so that the questions increase in difficulty. All facts of the statements are to be taken into consideration because from them a conclusion can be reached by commonsense, with the final entries proving, by their toughness, individual ability in problem-solving. These can be used as a parlor game, or as a means of testing, with score cards provided. The correct answers are in the back of the book. Interesting mental exercise.
