But this ex-dishwasher, with flabby flesh, failing sight, falling hair, and sagging spirits programmed his course of positive action to go with positive thinking (choose te things you want; keep them a secret; write out your ideas and write off worry, envy, hate, etc.). Overlooking the all too truisms, the active specifics for self-betterment might do more good than some.
