In a morgue at Wright-Patterson Field lie the bodies of a half dozen small humanoid corpses."" This line, excerpted from John Fuller's Incident at Exeter was definitely in more of a speculative context there, but it sets the tone and the drama for this conspiracy. The villain is the U.S. government in general and the U.S. Air Force in particular. The humanoid corpses were retrieved from a UFO crash and Barney Russom is determined to get one after the mysterious death of his twin brother Bob who had been working on the nation's ultra-secret. He can and does do it but it turns out that there was much, much more to the mystery. It is jazzy speculation marred unfortunately by a Buck Rogers modus operandi but it's bound to be grist to the UFOlogist's mill.
