by Robert Lopshire ‧ RELEASE DATE: Oct. 1, 1980
The tallest building, the longest snake, the biggest hotel, the heaviest bird, the most-sung song (""probably"" Happy Birthday to You), the coldest it's ever been in the world. . . Lopshire deals out such trivia in a Q & A format that leaves no room for discussion. The tallest animal is the giraffe, but how much of that is neck isn't mentioned. The longest river is the Amazon, but ""some people"" say it's the Nile. ""It depends on how you measure them,"" says Lopshire, then drops the subject to take up the biggest animal. The pictures are as easily skimmed, more easily forgotten.
