PETUNIA AND THE SONG

Another adventure of the very obtrusive honker bent upon self improvement and Knowledge. Petunia admired the singers on the farm, and when she heard a lovely song all about Petunia, she tried to sing too. But the cat's discouraging and rather rude remarks put an end to that. How Petunia discovered where the lovely song came from, and how she learned that there is ""them that is singers and them as ain't"" makes a charming successor to last year's Petunia. Again Mr. Duvoisin's drawings give Petunia the air of a nervous hiker in the wasp season.
