The second volume in a new series, by the author of the Lucretia Ann books. Jesie and Joe to which this is a sequel, was a particularly appealing and human story of twins, and was a Junior Guild selection. Here are more of the abundant activities of the twins, with Josie still a tomboy, trying to keep up with her brother. Their experience as newsboys, their successful saving of the town Santa's home, winter and summer sports at a favorite lodge, the Good American club and its projects --winding up in Jusie's success as a news bound when she landed a feature story that veterans failed to secure. Lively doings, though not quite as fresh as the other.
