THE SEVERING LINE

A little of everything up in Vermont, near the Canadian border, where New York model Andrea goes to convalesce even if she can't get over her real feelings for her neighbor, Judson Cole; there are purebred horses and grave rubbings and vandals (poltergeists?) as well as the kidnapping of a Canadian M.P.'s daughter which might have something to do with the Front de Liberation only it doesn't. Not as manic as her last one -- Fool's Apple -- just a pitipational mystery-romance.
