LOVE AND KNISHES

Much love (and/or work) goes into the making of these knishes, blintzes, matzo balls, bagels, strudel, pickles, tzimmes, lokchen, and many of the dishes which are associated with the Jewish people but may attract a wider audience. Along with all these famous specialties, there are other dishes in all categories from soups to ""Kosher Kockt'ls"" and Mrs. Kasdan contributes a commentary in the idiom (""Why should you kill yourself?""- you will- ""learn to enjoy it"".) If you could sell the Molly Glodberg Cookbook last year, you may find a market for this.
