MIRROR IMAGE

During a fateful two weeks, Eduardo, already doomed by Parkinson's and the mirror image of dictator Faro in the not too mythical kingdom of Espagna, is killed in his stead. Digame? It's not too hard to add two letters to Faro's name or count the days which are numbered in spite of a short-lived getaway attempt. It's something of a lookalike story even if you can't remember just when you saw it last, but moderately proficient.
