by Theresa A. Morse ‧ RELEASE DATE: N/A
A very tasty brief cookbook is designed to keep the kitchen confinement usually brief, while enabling the cook to stay ""out front"". There are helpful incidentals on housekeeping, on preliminaries, on the uses of certain ingredients and the implementation of others (wines, herbs). The first half of the book consists of menus which on the whole are both elegant and easy and planned for six people; the second half has recipes scaled in simplicity down to the hamburger. l in all, very successful.
