JUNGLE HARVEST

Standard but slick romance adventure in the Central American jungles, when Danny Gayforth goes down there to help put through a mahogany project, and finds his chief violently removed by gunfire. He faces alone the antagonism of an archaeologist, jealous of his prerogatives and his ruins, and Trent Mellett, whose alluring sister is the mystery woman. Danny is now hindered, now helped by the archaeologist's daughter, Faith. But his determination is up, and despite insuperable odds, he brings off the deal and gets the job done. Good atmospheric writing. SEP serialization.
