FIVE LITTLE FOXES AND THE SNOW

It's the week before Christmas and every day it snows. And every day a different fuzzy little fox expresses a wish to go out. But Gramma Fox tells them all that their paws will be cold, and she keeps them inside reading, playing, sipping hot cider, and winding her yarn ""while I knit--click, click--by the fire."" You can understand the little foxes' relief on Christmas morning when all that ""knitting--click, click"" turns out to be new mittens, but theirs does seem an artificial dilemma.
