by Uta West ‧ RELEASE DATE: April 1, 1977
Great title, lousy chapter headings (The Zap, Bailing Buddies, Romance Is a Dance), so-so book, since it reconfirms the intuitions about life, love, and the not-so-great American male that most post-liberation women have had for years now. If you don't ask a computer the right questions, says the author in her introduction, it doesn't come up with the right answers. And so with life. In sum: you can't hardly ever have an orgasm on a one-night stand. Except sometimes.
