by Vash Young ‧ RELEASE DATE: Aug. 31, 1934
Another self-help book, and one with wider appeal than his last, but without the universal appeal of A Fortune to Share. Part inspirational, part reform dope, part pep talk, all keyed to one basic idea, that the successful salesman, in every walk of life, from school days up, is the ""go-giver"" not the ""go-getter"". He gives the rules of the game, as he has developed them in his own career, and tells how to make yourself over into the go-giver type, and what results he claims. The last half of the book is constructive first aids to better salesmanship, and contains sound advice and practical suggestions.
