How after the first war, the depression, revolutions and counter-revolutions forced a change in policy, and with Roosevelt's Good Neighbor speech, in 1933, an equality status was declared. Trade treaties, cultural cooperation, travel, propaganda, all created the solidarity voluntarily given with Latin America's participation in the war against the Axis. And ralism must be maintained, as Latin America is our so of security for the future. Level, lucid.
