The informality and increased flavor of outdoor cookery has made this a favorite way to entertain- and this is just the book to see that you do it well. Facts about grills and equipment (cookers, fryers, etc.), fuel and temperature precede the recipes for steaks, chops, roasts, poultry, fish, game, skewer combinations, appetizers and fruits- along with the proper accessories which will send you back to the kitchen- sauces, casseroles, breads, salads, pastas, etc. Certainly an answer to the overworked hot dog or hamburger, this should whip up the ambition as well as the appetite of that man around the house- and it is a nice gift book for him.
