THE EXILE OF ELLENDON

Horace (Hank) Dell, police reporter on a Sarasota paper, is first at the scene when a unicorn is sighted, then a mermaid, a monster with wings, a giant Cyclops, and he's off -- via dimensional transporter -- to help the Princess of Ellendon and do something about a magic Sword and a Wanderer's Ring. You might not resent the fact that Marden has lifted everything in sight from that other public domain were it not for the fact that Hank's ""hero-ing"" is recycled in such a boy wonder-ful fashion.
