CATS 24 HOURS A DAY

There is no doubt that Winifred Carriere is ""possessed"" by her cats; and for twenty years she has been happily ""without a catless moment."" She shares her insights and experiences with such as Monster, who required correction and understanding, the dowager Minnie, Jo-Jo, faithful before and after fixing to his mate SuziTu. On communication: ""Of course I talk to my cats!""...""If a cat ever says 'meow,' it's sheer coincidence; on give and take, ""You gets what you gives."" Aside from a near-mystique, there is discussion of feeding, health, training, playing, introduction to a new house or the out-of-doors. Hardly a categorical imperative.
