by Wolo ‧ RELEASE DATE: N/A
Wolo is a ten strike, every time he appears in public. And that is almost wholly on the Pacific Coast, unfortunately, for his audience -- wherever he has appeared ""in person"" is made for life. There's humor and originality in both his stories and pictures, and children -- by their enthusiasm -- refute the opinion of some adults that neither pictures nor stories are as simple as generally voted right for this age. Tweedles is a daring small monkey with a white cockatoo playmate. What one doesn't see or do the other does. And they flout the spoiled, cantankerous king of the monkeys, and go far afield -- and find out a few things for themselves. Eventually, they save the monkey king and his subjects, and all live happily ever after. In story with lots of pictures.
