KEY WEST FLORIDA: LOUISIANA STATE GUIDE

Two more volumes in this valuable series of Writers' Project publications, but neither of them volumes for wide distribution, outside their own locale. The Key West Florida volume should have a sportsman appeal, for here is the paradise for fishermen, and this tells where to go, what to see, why and how. Louisiana State Guide supplements the New Orleans volume (already published), and makes one realize the past and present of a colorful state, the many interests and attractions, the variety, the contribution made to the national picture. A not too thorough examination seems to indicate that the Huey Long scandals are somewhat glossed over, and credit given him for many contributions to state betterment.
